Where we deliver:
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia. Some remote locations cannot be serviced. We require a name, address and phone number for delivery.
How and when we deliver:
In stock orders once payment processed received (normally 3 business days)from receipt of your order. Deliveries are made within business hours. The estimated time of arrival is:
5 working days for delivery to a capital city
7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns
10 working days for delivery to other remote domestic locations; and
During peak periods (Sales, Christmas or Promotional Events), the delivery may take a minimum of 10 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.
Items may be delivered to you together and/or separately. Kids Cars 4U is not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Packages that have left HQ are no longer the responsibility of Kids Cars 4U. Any tracking or follow up with Freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Cost of delivery:
We calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight of your order and your location. Freight is only calculated AFTER you check out and/or we have your address. Orders are shipped Freight With Tracking (where available) so that you are able to track the delivery of your purchase. Please see this page for more information on our freight policy/procedure.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive a despatch email notifying you that your package has been sent and with instructions on how to track your order. Please note, tracking is not available to every location.
The delivery date provided is an estimated shipping date only. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you. Please note that all pre-order items will ship via Freight. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.
If an item you purchase is out of stock, it will go on back order. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.
Kids Cars 4U makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund.
If you choose to cancel your order once the item has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for paying all costs associated with the return of the goods to our warehouse.
If your delivery has not arrived, and you are having trouble tracking it, please contact customer service at info@KidsCars4U.com
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in perfect, brand new condition. If the customer receives an item that appears to be damaged, they must either sign for the receival of the item in a damaged condition, or refuse to accept the delivery. If the item is refused by the customer, Kids Cars 4U will organise to have a new item sent out to the customer, once the damaged item has been returned to our warehouse.
