If you have any questions or are experiencing technical problems while trying to use our website, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We endeavour to answer all emails within 48 business hours. Please be sure to include all relevant contact information in your email; including your name, phone number and order number if applicable.

We understand that change of mind does happen! If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, simply contact us in writing via email info@kidscars4U.com.au with your name and order number and we will organise a partial refund (if required). Please note: the minimum $50 pre-order deposit is non-refundable in line with QLD consumer law.
The return of unused, undamaged and fully marketable goods is allowed with seven days of delivery and with the prior written agreement of Kids Cars 4U. Any refund request must be done so in writing, with a valid reason and proof of purchase before the request will be processed. The item/s must be packed in its box with all original packaging and accessories, undamaged and in otherwise new and resellable condition. You will be responsible for paying return freight. Your refund will be issued after we have received the product and inspected it to ensure there is no damage and that it has been received in original condition.
Faulty Goods Exchange/Warranty
KidsCars4U warranty period is from the date of delivery and covers our domestic customers only.
Our 12 months replacement warranty will cover everything except the battery and chargers because these can be mistreated. In the event of a failing part, we will supply the replacement parts free of charge. In the event that the item still doesn’t work after the parts have been replaced, we will refund or replace the entire product. If you need spare parts that fall outside of these warranty terms, we are happy to assist.
Please note: Items must be returned with proof of purchase, the merchandise box, manual, accessories and all other items in the original packaging (unless otherwise discussed). Items must be returned to us via couriers of safe method with proof of shipment. We will not be held responsible for the loss of returned items or lost shipping costs.
Please note that most of our ride-on products we sell are creating with a process used by the manufacturers that we sell, the process involves blowing sheets of plastic with hot air to make the moulds required for the production of the car. Sometimes the moulds can have minor scuffs, dents or very small scratches caused by material flowing in the air as the plastic is very hot this can mark the body of the car. This does NOT cause any materialistic flaws within the body and does not affect the strength or durability of the body. They are just minor cosmetic flaws, Kidscars4U will not accept any returns back due to this and this no reason to claim the item as faulty.
